Certified Professional Life & Relationship Coach Program (CPLRC).

The trainee goes through a journey of self and relationship exploration effectively and passionately to create awareness of reality rationally and logically, taking into account feelings and sentiments, and positive interaction to create impact and positive change based on potentials, abilities, and experiences to achieve a quality of life on the personal, professional and social levels.
Where the individual achieves his hopes and ambitions – following the rules of positive change – with effective and real awareness and action plans.

The Life Coaching and Relationship Coaching program helps you practice and apply the Code of Ethics of the International Coaching Federation ICF, which is considered to be ideal for those who want to practice and apply coaching skills in their life, profession, and job, or aspire to be successful in the field of coaching.

The first level of the Life Coaching program is the first and basic step for the trainee to become an ICF ACC certified coach and to move forward to the path of being a certified professional coach, where it is combined with the second level of Relationship Coaching to qualify the coach to the PCC professional coach level.

The educational goal of this program is to help participants understand the concept and definition of coaching, the methods, and techniques of coaching, what is not considered coaching, and to apply and practice the coaching in multiple aspects of personal (self), professional, and organizational (institutional) development.
At the end of this program, participants will be able to learn the essence of coaching, different types of coaching, practical coaching tools and methods to apply to their lives and careers, and the use of coaching in relationships, whether between spouses, parents and children, work teams, groups, or companies.

Program features :

  • Participants in this program acquire many coaching features, such as:
    • Study of 125 training hours accredited by the International Coaching Federation ICF, which provides the opportunity to join the International Coaching Federation and obtain the first level accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ACC) from the ICF, as well as the second level accredited by the International Coaching Federation (PCC) from the ICF.
    • Applied practice based on scientific methodology by qualified professional trainers in the field of coaching and benefiting from their extensive experience.
    • Benefit from the materials presented in both languages (Arabic and English).
    • Benefit from recorded materials as a reference when needed.
    • Continuous unlimited support in coaching and mentoring during and after the training period.

Program Overview:

• Theoretical and practical training: 60 hours (live/online via Zoom) at the first level.
• Theoretical and practical training: 65 hours (live/online via Zoom) at the second level.
• A total of 125 training hours with a theoretical framework and practical application (live / online via Zoom) at both levels.
• A total of 10 hours of mentoring, 7 hours in groups, and 3 hours individually. This is for both levels to obtain a professional certified coach PCC by the International Coaching Federation ICF or to obtain ACC first level.
• Study takes place two days a week, 5 hours each time.

The Two Pillars of : learning and growth through innovative models:
• Awareness: Exploring awareness realistically and rationally through the triangle of knowledge (thinking, feelings, and behavior).
• Action Plan: Apply the steps of the action plan in an innovative manner according to capabilities, potentials and experience.

PCC Markers
• Complete review of ICF Core Competencies according to PCC Markers that indicate eligibility as a professional coach.
• Applying ICF Core Competencies according to life coaching, relationships, family, companies, work teams, and groups.

Resource Development:
• EICA model for life coaching.
• The COUPLE FAITH model for relationships coaching.
• Parents-child-Society PCS model for family coaching.
• Many models and tools to help explore awareness and apply solutions and choices in active Action Plan.

Terms and Conditions:

The trainee obtains the certificate after meeting the following conditions:
• Attending the program hours at least 70%.
• Interaction and participation, especially in practical sessions.
Return policy:
• The trainee can refund the program fees before the start of the training program (with a deduction of the transfer fee estimated at 7%).
• The trainee has no right to claim any refund after two lectures of the program, except for emergency circumstances estimated by the company.
• The amount due will be refunded after 30 days from the date of the claim.
